Social Media Creator Contract

SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on [Insert Date], by and between GTMPlace.io (“Platform”), and (“Creator”).

1. Scope of Services

The Creator agrees to offer social media content creation services through GTMPlace.io. All communication, payments, and negotiations with clients must be conducted through the Platform.

2. Exclusivity & Non-Circumvention

2.1 Exclusivity

The Creator agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit or engage with any client introduced via GTMPlace.io outside of the Platform during the term of this Agreement and for two (2) years after its termination.

2.2 Non-Circumvention

The Creator will not bypass the Platform by working with any clients outside of GTMPlace.io. All payments and services must go through the Platform.

3. Compensation

All payments for Creator’s services will be processed through GTMPlace.io, and the Creator agrees not to accept direct payments from clients.

4. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Non-circumvention provisions shall remain in effect for two (2) years after termination.

5. Remedies for Breach

In the event of a breach, GTMPlace.io may terminate the Creator’s account and seek legal remedies, including recovery of lost fees.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
